The FRTN-FL230 features a 15.6-inch industrial computer capable of connecting via LAN and Wi-Fi. Thanks to the Intelligent Sawing System (IPS), six different saw cutting performance modes (Normal, Ultra, High Performance, Saw Conservation, Turtle, Custom) are available. The FRTN-FL230 can also be used in manual, automatic, or smart cutting modes. The smart cutting system includes a library of 13,000 different materials categorized into 6 different standards.

The machine is capable of adjusting all cutting parameters based on material type, heat treatment condition, material size, blade type, and number of teeth. In this way, all parameters are automatically adjusted by the machine according to the material being cut. Linear guides provide precise cutting capability. Additionally, the body, reinforced with mineral casting, reduces vibration during cutting, ensuring flawless results. The 19 kW high-torque main motor prevents torque loss at both low and high frequencies. The FRTN-FL230 offers users a unique speed experience.
